My Chocolate lab LOVES this toy. I got it out of the amazon box, told her she had a new toy, the tail started wagging and sat ready to play with it. 2 hours later she took it to bed with her. The toy is robust and well made. The balls at both ends squeak when you squeeze hard. The large size is perfect for her. She now has been playing with it for over a week and it still as good as new. It does say on the label that this is not a chew toy, she has tried to chew it but with no success in tearing it apart.
Kong products are usually super durable and last a while. This does not...
The ball is sturdy and can survive for a reasonable time (My husky Lab cross gets through one every 4montha or so and plays with it daily).
Very robust, great squeeky toy all 3 of our dogs are enjoying it, our 2 mini dachshunds and our jack Russell pup, it's getting lots of play and showing no real signs of wear except looking a little dirty where the pup takes it out to try hide it from the other dogs, definitely recommend, great price, well made, good squeeksnd lots of fun for the dogs as they never know what way it will roll or bounce.
Great product. I have a huge German Shepherd and a little scratty mongrel and between them they manage to destroy any toy I buy them within about half an hour.The Kong rugby ball, tennis balls and squeaky dumb bell are standing up pretty well. A couple are now split but still more intact than not and there are a few bald patches on the balls. The dumb bell is still fully intact and squeaking so this is doing really well.I only buy Kong toys as no other brand can stand up to my two (and believe me I have spent some ridiculous money on some toys that are supposed to be tough).Have bought them another set for Christmas as they love them that much. My boy even shares them with his little terrier friend who comes for breakfast every Saturday morning.My two are available for employment as toy testers if anyone would like to hire them.... :-)
